Bookkeeping & Tax for Small Businesses will build on the concepts learned in Financial 101. We will dive more in-depth into concepts of business development & planning, proper bookkeeping and how to manage your records to best prepare you and your small business for tax compliance as well as strengthening the key financial concepts to maximize growth potential.
This half-day workshop will also provide participants with the necessary skills and create a blueprint for their customer service mandate. Service excellence involves communication skills, from answering a phone call to facilitating a video meeting, working with big emotions, and dealing with constant talkers.
This is a 1:1 coaching session focused on restorative conflict resolution. It provides practical guidance and support for hard conversations with employees or clients, planning for uncomfortable but necessary change and organizational transitions, pains in leadership and team disconnects, navigating complex relationships with clients or employees, and finding balance and resilience in periods of high stress.

In this full-day workshop, participants will identify the number of prospects they need to reach to meet their sales goals and then create the process for making this happen. They will define and refine how they sell and learn the necessary communication skills to consistently create revenue.

In this half-day workshop, participants will develop a clear understanding of confirmation bias and how to avoid it. They will be given the skills and tools to research their target market and reach thoroughly and interview industry experts/potential customers.
