Based at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, the initio Technology and Innovation Law Clinic serves a dual purpose. First, it serves the community by reducing barriers and providing low-cost legal services to early-stage entrepreneurs, a critical sector of the economy. Second, it trains law students to advise on business law matters in sectors that require expertise in intellectual property, and privacy and technology law. Members of the start-up community, and in particular those from equity-seeking and underrepresented groups, are welcome.
