This training prepares start-up founders to win venture capital by focusing on the crucial Investor Question & Answer session. This program will train you to effectively differentiate your offering, leverage in-person workshop online role-play in a Simulation Console, and immediate unbiased, industry-agnostic feedback about the founders.

This is a 1:1 coaching session focused on restorative conflict resolution providing practical guidance and support for hard conversations with employees or clients, planning for uncomfortable but necessary change and organizational transitions, pains in leadership and team disconnects, navigating difficult relationships with clients or employees, finding balance and resilience in periods of high stress.
